You must be a legal US resident at least 18 years old or older with a valid Washington picture ID and U.S. Social Security number as of the start date and time of a contest.
Any person or persons in your immediate household or family may qualify or win a KBSN/KDRM contest with a prize value of $75 or more only once every sixty days and a prize valued at $600 or more only once every six months. Only one winner per household is permitted per contest. Employees of KBSN/KDRM, its licensee, its parent corporation, subsidiaries and affiliates, their advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, members of their immediate families and/or households are ineligible to participate or win.
All tax and other liabilities incurred as a result of any prize are the sole responsibility of the recipient. No purchase necessary. Any prize or prize certificate not claimed within thirty (30) days of winning will be forfeited by the winner.
All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the offices of KBSN/KDRM, 2241 W Main Street, Moses Lake, WA The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within thirty (30) days of winning. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss. KBSN/KDRM is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.
Winner agrees to release KBSN/KDRM, its licensee, its parent corporation, subsidiaries and affiliates, their advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, and representatives of each of them from any claims relating to the prize or contest prior to acceptance of the prize.
By participating in the contest, winners (and their guests, if any) agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.
Any winner who receives one or more prizes with a combined value of $600 or more in a calendar year will be required to execute a release form and a Form W-9, and will be issued a Form 1099 for the fair market value of the prize. The winner will be required to provide valid WA picture ID and social security card.
Any winner who receives a cash prize (regardless of dollar amount) will be required to execute a release form, a Form W-9 and must provide a valid WA picture ID and proof of social security number in order to accept prize.
To the extent that any prize consists of airline tickets and/or hotel reservations, KBSN/KDRM is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, or overbooking.
Unless we inform you otherwise, contest prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
KBSN/KDRM has the sole discretion to terminate a contest at any given time, change the rules of or extend the dates of a contest upon notice.
KBSN/KDRM reserves the right to substitute prizes of greater or equal value and requires contest winners to sign a winner release form for prizes valued at $600 or more. Decisions of station management with respect to contests are final.
KBSN/KDRM, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process.
KBSN/KDRM is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
Official contest rules are available from KBSN/KDRM during normal business hours.
KBSN/KDRM reserves the right to make changes, amend, or clarify contest rules at any time. For entries by mail, KBSN/KDRM is not responsible for lost, stolen, mangled, miss-delivered, illegible, incomplete or late entries. For entries via mail, KBSN/KDRM is not responsible for telephone service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent an individual from completing his/her telephone call.
